Patrick O‘Neill
Patrick focuses his practice on the area of construction law, concentrating on the representation of commercial and residential developers, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. He represents the firm’s clients in all construction and general litigation matters, including trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
David Todd
David joined Cors & Bassett in August 2005, where his practice is focused on real estate law. In addition to his legal practice, David is a Title Agent for First American Title Insurance Company.

Dave joined Cors & Bassett as an Associate Attorney in November 2017. His practice focuses on business representation and transactional matters, particularly in the areas of corporate law, business law, real estate, commercial transactions, liquor and hospitality and trademark law.
