Frank rejoined Cors & Bassett as Of Counsel after a hiatus where he served as a partner at Rice & Diedrichs, LLP. He is licensed to practice both in Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In 1976, he received his J.D. Degree from Salmon P. Chase Law School of Northern Kentucky. In 1967, he received an MBA from the University of Michigan, and received his BA in Economics from U.C. in 1965.
