Background
Sydney is a litigation associate with Cors & Bassett, LLC. Her practice consists of areas including labor and employment law, construction law, and general tort and contract litigation. She is passionate about problem-solving and building strong client relationships through clear communication and dedicated representation.
Prior to joining the firm, Sydney’s practice encompassed a range of commercial litigation matters, with a primary focus on employment law liability, including discrimination, retaliation, ADA, FMLA, and sexual harassment claims.
In 2024, Sydney earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While at Chase, she was a member of the W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business + Technology, and she received awards recognizing her academic achievement in the areas of contracts, evidence, legal research, and technology and entrepreneurship.
A proud Indiana native, Sydney enjoys staying active outdoors, traveling, coaching softball, and spending time with family and friends.
