Michelle’s practice focuses on corporate law, franchising, and intellectual property law, including trademarks, trade names, copyrights and licensing. Michelle received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 1985. Michelle graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government.

Michelle is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Forum Committee on Franchising and Intellectual Property Law Section), the Ohio State and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
