Jeff has an extensive and respected practice in environmental compliance and environmental litigation and also handles commercial litigation and land use planning and zoning matters. In addition to his legal practice, Jeff has been an adjunct instructor on environmental law at Miami University, Ohio, and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Miami University presented him with the Award of Distinction in recognition of his significant contributions. Jeff is also a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Sciences. He received his Juris Doctor from George Washington University National Law Center in Washington D.C. with honors. He also earned a B.B.A. from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduating summa cum laude.

Jeff is admitted to practice in the States of Ohio and Kentucky and is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations. He is an adjunct instructor at Miami University, Ohio, and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He is also a member of the IRWA Environment Committee.

Jeff is a long time member of the International Right-of-Way Association and Chapter 13 and has lectured on environmental issues for a number of IRWA Chapters and at numerous IRWA international seminars.
