PROFILE
Hal has over fifty years of experience in labor management and industrial relations in the organized sector of the trucking industry. He is presently employed as an industry consultant to the Executive Director of the Central States Motor Carriers Association, Inc.
Beginning in 1954, as Director of Industrial Relations for the O.K. Trucking Company, Hal has been integrally involved in shaping the national labor policy for the Motor Carrier Industry. He has served as secretary and member of the industry’s National Negotiating Team for every National Master Freight Agreement negotiated between the Motor Carriers and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. He has been prominent in the administration of these contracts, serving as Employer Chairman on Grievance Committees at the local, state, area and national levels.
Hal attended Xavier University from 1948 through 1950 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati in 1953. Hal is admitted to practice in the States of Ohio and West Virginia.

Hal is the Employer Chairman for the Central Region Change of Operations Committee, Central Region Maintenance of Standards Committee, and Central Region Primary Dispatch Committee.
