Frank has rejoined Cors & Bassett as of Counsel after a hiatus as a partner at Rice & Diedrichs, LLP. He is licensed to practice both in Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In 1976, he received his J.D. Degree from Salmon P. Chase Law School of Northern Kentucky. In 1967, he received an MBA from the University of Michigan, and received his BA in Economics from U.C. in 1965.

Frank is a past President (1999-2000) of the Cincinnati Bar Association, and a CBA Board Member for ten years. Also, he served as President of the Cincinnati Estate Planning Council Chapter, Cincinnati CLU Chapter, and Chair of the CBA Estate Planning and Probate Committee. In 2005, he became a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Association.

The Cincinnati Art Museum was served by Frank as both Co-Chairman of the Taste of Duveneck and Chairman of the Duveneck Association. The American Music Scholarship Association has also seen his service as a Board Member.
