Ken is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1956. Ken has extensive experience in the areas of real estate, labor, estate planning and corporate law. He is a graduate of Denison University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1953, and the University of Cincinnati where he received a Bachelor of Laws in 1956. He is a graduate from the Naval Justice School, Newport, Rhode Island and served as a Lieutenant, Law Specialist (now JAG) with the U.S. Navy from 1957 through 1959.

Ken is a founding member of the firm.

Ken previously was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review, 1954 - 1956. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. Certified as trial and defense counsel for Special & General Court Martial and member of the U.S. Military Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. He was a past chairman of the Cincinnati Labor Law Committee and has served as a member of Council for the Village of Terrace Park, Ohio.
