| Dave is admitted
to practice in the Supreme Court of the
United States, the Sixth Circuit Court of
Appeals and the United States District Courts
for the Southern District of Ohio and the
Eastern District of Kentucky. Dave is also
a Master of the Bench of the Potter Stewart
Inn of Court as well as being a member of
the Ohio, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Northern
Kentucky and American Bar Associations.
Dave has been active in many community
groups. He served for six years on the Board
of Directors of Campbell Lodge Boys’
Home, the last two years as President, and
is currently on the Board of Directors of
the Campbell Lodge Boys’ Home Foundation.
Dave’s interest in Catholic education
has resulted in service on the Boards of
Education of Covington Latin School (six
years, two as President) and St. Catherine
of Siena Parish (six years, two as President).
Dave is currently Vice President of the
Board of Education of Newport Central Catholic
High School. In 2002, he received the Outstanding
Graduate Award from the Alliance for Catholic
Urban Education.
In addition, Dave served nine years on
the Diocesan Committee Addressing Sexual
Misconduct, a committee of the Diocese of
Covington, Kentucky. Dave is now a member
of the Parish Pastoral Council of St. Catherine
Parish and also currently sits on the Board
of Directors of Legatus, a Catholic CEO’s
organization. He is a member of a Cincinnati,
USA Regional Chamber CEO Roundtable.
